CHEWING

More than just helping you to loose weight, chewing is an outstanding way to detox.

As a detox method chewing increases the surface area of the insoluble fibres in the food, it does not only release enzymes that helps with digestion. Many of the fibres in the food are locked inside that food and if you want them to be beneficial to you, to combine with mercury, lead, arsenic etc, then you need them to be available. Chewing is the only way to make this happen.

Today with the enormous exposure that we have to many forms of toxic matter, in the food we eat, the air we breath, and water we drink, detoxing is imperative. Fibres in fruit and vegetables have been show to bind to heavy metals and carry them out of the system as they pass through the gut undigested. For this to happen however, chewing food well is imperative.
